We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading, motivating, and developing a sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals. They will also have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Expected to attend in person office from 7am - 4pm PST.
- Develop a deep understanding of CNC and fabrication equipment to confidently guide prospects towards optimal purchase decisions through comprehensive product knowledge and utilization expertise.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects for the designated area. Sales managers are expected to travel to facilities to develop long-term relationships with customers and gain knowledge about their current machinery needs
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Networking - Connect with new machine tool dealers and equipment financing companies to generate trade-in opportunities
- Research - Online research of manufacturing companies in your area. Follow up with emails and cold calls
- Social Media - Actively post new inventory, price drops and upcoming auctions on LinkedIn and other social media handles. Connect with manufacturing clients and industry peers to develop your own network
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Host in-person inspections at MSU warehouse or other locations with a primary goal to close the sale
- Track and analyze sales performance data and develop dashboards to measure team effectiveness.
- Mandatory to attend the weekly sales meeting and to prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Regularly research our inventory and prospective new inventory. Target companies with similar equipment and foster relationships for future business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Daily update CRM with report on lead generation
- Actively generate procurement leads for surplus equipment. All procurement leads must be handed over to the purchasing for further processing.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and or account management
- Preferred background in CNC and or Metal Cutting tools background, B2B, internet sales manager in the automobile industry.
- Previous work experience in CNC and Fabrication equipment is a benefit
- Deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospect qualification, sales methodologies, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in CRM software and sales performance measurement tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Must have the ability to travel and visit customers

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team! The incumbent will maintain and repair CNC machines like Lathes, Mills, Grinders, etc. Hablamosespañol. Responsibilities: Installs, maintains, and repairs CNC machinery by performing the following duties.- Level and alignment of machines and other various equipment.
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
- Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and Identify, repair or replace damaged components.
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, Servo systems, transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair of major machine tool and equipment problems.
- Disassemble, repair and rebuild equipment sub-assemblies and assemblies.
- Organize, tag and mark components for future assembly.
- Report activities, hours and expenses timely and accurately.
- Communicate with customers, vendors and OEM's personnel.
- Keep work area neat, clean and organized.
- Work with very limited supervision.
- Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
- Machine tool and equipment knowledge and terminology.
- Must Know how to operate CNC Machines
- 3 or more years of experience in machine tool and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and analyze mechanical assembly drawings and blueprints.
- Ability to operate Fork Lift, Scissor Lift, and Boom lift if needed.
- Intermediate knowledge of parametric programming and ladder logic.
- Extensive knowledge of customer's safety practices and procedures.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Moderate troubleshooting abilities.
- Good understanding of CNC controls and functions.
- Ability to read and understand electrical assembly drawings and schematics.
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Previous experience in machinery repair, maintenance or other related fields
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
