The Grinding Machine is versatile power tool which use an abrasive wheel to cut. This process, known as shear deformation, works by each grain on the rotating wheel cutting a small chip or piece off the workpiece. Grinding machine work is generally used on finishing operations meaning that it is used for precision shapes and sizes with a high surface quality, like low surface roughness.
It is able to achieve millimeter-level accuracy with a mere 0.000025mm of tolerance allowing it to remove only little metal from the workpiece ranging from 0.25mm – 0.50mm depending on the application. The grinding machine makes quick and accurate work out of complex final touches in a manufacturing workflow.
